基于排队网络理论,建立了一个包含各服务节点的医院门诊整体就诊流程的开排队网络模型,重点研究患者就诊的不同流程顺序以及患者往返于服务节点的情况,对实际案例收集患者外部总到达率,可以求解出网络内部的各服务节点的患者到达率,利用Matlab软件仿真得出各服务节点以及整个系统的患者数量与等待时间指标,通过计算出的指标并综合考虑患者等待成本与门诊服务成本,完成服务台资源优化配置。
Based on the queuing network theory, an open queue network model of the whole hospital outpatient service including each service node is established, focusing on the different flow sequences of patient visits and the patient’s reciprocation from the service node. The actual total external patient arrival rate , The patient arrival rate of each service node within the network can be solved. The number of patients and the waiting time index of each service node and the whole system are simulated by using Matlab software, and the patient waiting cost and outpatient service cost , To complete the service desk resource optimization configuration.
