目前国内生产15%甲维盐·毒死蜱水乳剂的加工艺主要有二种,直接乳化法和一次转相法,我们对本工艺进行了改进,采用新的方法—分段转相法:边搅拌边将水相慢慢滴入油相,使先成高粘度油包水型水乳剂,之后再加入其余水相,使转相成水包油型水乳剂。通过比较它们的稳定性,发现分段转相法所得的产品分散相细度高,稳定性比之直接乳化法和一次转相法所得产品稳定性更好。
At present, there are mainly two kinds of processing technologies for producing 15% carbaryl chlorpyrifos water emulsion in China. The direct emulsification method and the one-phase phase inversion method have been improved. The new method is adopted, that is, the phase-by-phase method The aqueous phase slowly dripped into the oil phase, so that the first into a high viscosity water-in-oil emulsion, then add the remaining water phase, the phase transition into an oil-in-water emulsion. By comparing their stability, it was found that the segmented phase-shifted product has a high degree of fineness and better stability than the direct emulsion method and the primary phase-inversion method.
