统计已有的现场实测结果发现,煤系砂岩的抗拉强度存在明显的矿物粒径效应。利用不同粒径的石英砂和水泥浆液模拟制作了煤系砂岩劈裂圆盘,考察了不同石英粒径下试样密度变化规律,并研究了圆盘抗拉强度变化特征。试验结果表明:劈裂圆盘的荷载-位移曲线基本上经历了压密、线性变化和峰后快速跌落的变化过程;随着构成试样石英粒径的增加,圆盘试样的密度逐渐增加,抗拉强度也逐渐增加,整体呈现强化特征。
According to the statistics of existing field measurements, it is found that the tensile strength of coal-bearing sandstone has obvious grain size effect. The coal sandstone splitting disks were simulated by using quartz sand and cement slurry of different particle sizes. The variation of sample density under different quartz particle diameters was investigated and the variation characteristics of the disk tensile strength were studied. The experimental results show that the load-displacement curve of the splitting disk basically undergoes the process of compaction, linear change and rapid drop after the peak. With the increase of the particle size of the sample, the density of the disk sample gradually increases , The tensile strength also gradually increased, showing the overall enhanced features.
