本人教授本科生《跨国公司管理》课程7年了,在教学过程中有几点教学体会:1.教师要转换角色,成为教学活动的组织者、引导者与合作者教学活动必须建立在学生的认知发展水平和已有的知识经验基础之上。教学过程是师生交往、互动,共同发展的过展。教师要转变思想,更新教育观念,由居高临下的权威转向与学生平等对话,把学习的主动权交给学生,鼓励学生积极参与教学活动。教师要走出演讲者的角色,成为学生学习的组织者、激励者、引导者、协调者和合作者。教师在学
I teach undergraduate “multinational management” course for seven years, the teaching process in a few teaching experience: 1. Teachers want to change roles to become teaching organizers, guides and collaborators teaching activities must be based on the students Cognitive development and existing knowledge based on experience. Teaching process is the teacher-student interaction, interaction and common development of the show.
