采用激光焊接了超薄紫铜板,在试验基础上确立了激光焊接超薄紫铜板的合理的工艺参数,并对焊接接头做了三维影像分析。利用有限元软件ANSYS对焊接进行了动态模拟。建立了激光焊接的热源模型。仿真结果表明:激光焊接超薄紫铜板的温度场梯度大,热影响区小;热源后方的等温线稀疏,温度梯度小;在热源前方的等温线密集,温度梯度大;焊缝正面宽度的仿真结果与试验结果相一致。
The ultrathin copper plate was welded by laser, the reasonable process parameters of laser welding ultrathin copper plate were established on the basis of the experiment, and the 3D image analysis of the welded joint was made. The finite element software ANSYS was used to simulate the welding. The heat source model of laser welding is established. The simulation results show that the temperature gradient of laser welding ultra-thin copper plate is large and the heat-affected zone is small; the isothermal line behind the heat source is sparse and the temperature gradient is small; the isothermal line is dense in front of the heat source and the temperature gradient is large; The results are consistent with the test results.
