阎隆飞男 69岁北京农业大学生物学院植物生理及生物化学教授阎隆飞于1947年在菠菜叶绿体中首次发现碳酸酐酶,得到国外证实和公认。1963年他首次发现高等植物中存在收缩蛋白(肌动球蛋白),得到国外科学家证实,被广泛引用。1982年以后阎隆飞等证明:花粉、卷须、鳞茎中普遍存在肌动蛋白和肌球蛋白,肌动蛋白与肌球蛋白相互作用是细胞运动的动力,并在叶细胞的质膜上证明红膜肽(spectrin)等膜骨颦成分的存在,阎隆飞等从高粱叶绿体分离出系统Ⅰ、光系统Ⅱ基因,并将光系统Ⅱ psbD基因在大肠杆菌中表达。阎隆飞于1982年获得国家自然科学二等奖,1987年获国家教委科技进步二等奖。

He first discovered in 1963 that there was contractile protein (actomyosin) in higher plants, which was confirmed by foreign scientists and was widely used. Yan Longfei after 1982 proved that: pollen, tendrils, bulbs in the common actin and myosin, actin and myosin interaction is the motility of cell motility, and in the plasma membrane of leaf cells that red blood peptide (spectrin) and other membranous bone components, Yan Longfei and so on isolated from the sorghum chloroplast system Ⅰ, Ⅱ photosystem Ⅱ genes, and photosystem Ⅱ psbD gene in E. coli expression. Yan Longfei won the second prize of National Natural Science in 1982 and the second prize of scientific and technological progress by the State Education Commission in 1987.
