目的 探索湖南省胃癌发生的危险因素和保护因素 ,为综合防治提供流行病学依据。方法 采用 1:1配对的病例对照研究 ,对 175对病例及对照进行饮食及生活行为问卷调查。用比值比(OR)来估计各危险因素与胃癌的联系强度 ,采用Logistic回归进行单因素和多因素分析 ,筛选出胃癌的危险因素。结果 影响胃癌发生的主要危险因素有 :饮酒 (OR =1.5 8,95 %CI1.18~ 2 .13)、饮食不规律 (OR =2 .0 0 ,95 %CI 1.34~ 3.10 )、高盐饮食 (OR =1.82 ,95 %CI 1.2 1~ 2 .74 )等 ;饮绿茶 (OR =0 .4 7,95 %CI 0 .2 6~ 0 .85 )是胃癌发生的保护因素。结论 纠正不良的饮食及生活行为 ,经常饮绿茶可能减小胃癌的发生的危险性
Objective To explore the risk factors and protective factors of gastric cancer in Hunan Province and provide epidemiological basis for comprehensive prevention and treatment. Methods A 1:1 matched case-control study was conducted to investigate dietary and lifestyle behaviors of 175 cases and controls. The odds ratio (OR) was used to estimate the relationship between various risk factors and gastric cancer. Logistic regression was used for univariate and multivariate analysis to screen out risk factors for gastric cancer. Results The main risk factors affecting the development of gastric cancer were: drinking (OR = 1.5, 95% CI1.18 ~ 2.13), irregular diet (OR = 2.0, 95% CI 1.34 - 3.10), high salt diet (OR = 1.82, 95% CI 1.2 1-2.74), etc.; drinking green tea (OR = 0.47, 95% CI 0.26-0.85) is a protective factor for gastric cancer. Conclusion Correcting poor diet and lifestyle behaviors, frequent consumption of green tea may reduce the risk of developing gastric cancer
