众所周知,任务型阅读(task-based reading)属于综合能力考查题,它是通过阅读短文,填写表格中相应内容,来考察学生获取信息、加工处理信息、综合概括信息和表达信息的能力。按照题目的设置形式,任务型阅读工包括:表格状(Table-shaped)、树状(Three-shaped)和蛛网状(Spider-shaped)等三种类型。要求考生根据一定的逻辑关系阅读,任务型阅读一般是十个空,共十分。
一、任务型阅读的解题步骤
在任务型阅读解题过程中,我们可采用“三审三读”法来完成。所谓“三审”主要包括:
1.审文章提示。在正式阅读前,读者应先认真审读题目要求,看是否有字数限制,是否可用中文原词。
2.审结构表达。在阅读过程中,读者要了解整个文章结构,看大小标题是否与具体表达内容相对应。
3.审语法运用。在阅读完成后,读者要关注所填词的时态语态、语法运用是否正确,是否区别了字母大小写等。
所谓“三读”,则是指:
1.略读。快速浏览文章,借助所给图表结构,抓住文章中心思想。
2.细读。带着问题,找到文章对应点,确认题型,分析整理归纳信息并准确表达信息。
3.复读。复读文章,反复揣摩所填之词是否符合文章内容,其拼写是否正确。
二、任务型阅读的具体方法
根据所填单词类型,任务型阅读可以分为信息查找题、信息转换题和信息归纳题三种类型:
1.信息查找题。
信息查找题主要指从文章中能直接找到原词的题目。
Eg.New research says 35 percent of child deaths worldwide are caused by hunger .The research comes from poor to middle-income countries in Africa,Asia and Latin America.
Title:a new research
Theme Hunger is children’s biggest killer.
2.信息转换题。
信息转换题包括词汇变形和句意转换两种,我们应根据问题查找定位信息,加工分析并转换成另一种表达方式。
词汇变形:
There are some very good things about open education.This way of teaching allows the students to develop their own interests in many subjects.Open education allows students to be responsible for their own education.
Open education is a way of teaching which allows students to learn what they are intereseed in.
句意转换:
In conclusion,modern people appear to be more self-centered than those in the past due to strong outside pressure .However,we should encourage people to know the importance of being caring and generous and build a mutually beneficial relationship with others.
Fierce competition and great pressure on modern people may lead/contribute to the changes.
3.信息归纳题。
信息归纳题要求学生能够根据问题查找定位信息,寻找共性的东西。这类词具有概括性(在最大程度上覆盖栏内信息)、针对性(量体裁衣,大小适度)和醒目性(简洁)等特征。
Eg.Because six out of every 10 accidental deaths happen to Chinese children who are playing,Shanghai Johnson
