1资料与方法 1.1一般资料随机选取我院泌尿外科1000例结石标本进行化学成份定性分析,年龄18~80岁,平均49岁;其中男680例,女320例;初发者335例,复发2次以上者665例,均来自宜昌市城区及各县市。结石标本为开放手术取出结石、经皮肾镜或输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术后取出结石及体外冲击波碎石后排出的结石,其中肾结石358例,输尿管结石436例,膀胱结石206例。1.2方法器械与试剂收集结石标本采用广州医学
