试验以水稻新质源两用核雄性不育系ＣＩＳ２８－１０以及杂种ＦＩ、Ｆ２、Ｆ３、Ｂ１Ｆ１为研究材料，通过分析，初步确定ＴＣＩＳ２８－１０的遗传特性。证明ＣＩＳ２８－１０是新质原两用核雄性不育系，其育性受单一位点上的隐性基因控制。
The genetic basis of TCIS28-10, a new dual-use nuclear male sterile line of rice, and FI, F2, F3 and B1F1 hybrids were studied. Proved that CIS28-10 is a new progenitor bipod male sterile line whose fertility is controlled by recessive genes at a single locus.
