高中英语学困生的存在是不可避免的,所以在英语教学过程中要不断分析学困生形成的原因,并且要做出一定的学困生转化策略,提高英语课堂的教学效果。英语学困生的产生大部分是因为缺乏学习动机,这对英语成绩有着很大的影响,学习动机越强,就越能激发学生的英语求知欲望,所以教师要在英语课堂中不断提升自身素养,这样才能更好地引导学生,激发学生学习英语的学习动机,这样才能最大限度地完成英语教学目标。
