高速列车侧墙的装配质量是影响车体总成制造质量的关键因素。利用三维公差分析软件Vis VSA对高速列车的侧墙进行了装配偏差仿真分析。结果表明,侧墙高度的超差率不能满足原有公差设定下的要求。依据仿真分析结果对偏差贡献度较大的零部件公差进行修正,修正后的超差率明显减小,满足装配要求;同时对侧墙的外形轮廓测点进行优化,在保证检测质量的前提下,提高了生产效率。
The assembly quality of the high-speed train side wall is a key factor that affects the manufacturing quality of the vehicle body assembly. Using the 3D tolerance analysis software Vis VSA, the side wall of high-speed train was simulated and analyzed. The results show that the overlay rate of the sidewall height can not meet the requirements of the original tolerance setting.
