德育教育对于小学生来说是一项不可或缺的教育任务。小学生这种群体十分特殊，他们处于学习的初级阶段，恰恰经受着首次关键性的洗礼，为此，班主任教师应当耐心地培养、教育、管理学生，不但给予学习和生活上的照顾，而且给予心理上的指导。下面，笔者对小学班主任如何做好班级管理工作进行了阐述。
