近期,教育部印发《普通高等学校本科专业目录(2012年)》、《普通高等学校本科专业设置管理规定》,保密管理作为特设专业列入管理学门类,属于管理科学与工程学科。在此背景下,保密学历教育实体化建设提到重要议事日程。当前,在推进保密学历教育实体化建设中,需要着重解决好5个方面的问题,即建设主体问题、学科地位问题、专门师资问题、学生出口问题和知识生产问题。
Recently, the Ministry of Education issued the Catalog of Undergraduate Majors for General Colleges and Universities (2012) and Regulations on the Administration of Undergraduate Majors in Regular Institutions of Higher Learning. Confidentiality Management, as an ad-hoc specialty, is included in the management sciences and belongs to the discipline of management science and engineering. In this context, the substantive construction of confidential academic education mentioned the important agenda. At present, in advancing the substantive construction of confidential academic education, we need to focus on solving five major problems, namely, the subject of construction, the status of subject, the problem of specialized teachers, the issue of students’ export and the problem of knowledge production.
