目的探讨低场强磁共振扫描脑内海绵状血管瘤的影像学特点。方法回顾性分析13例脑内海绵状血管瘤低场强磁共振扫描的影像学表现。结果13例中男9例,女4例,年龄8~60岁,平均年龄29岁。其中8例经手术病理证实。10例行增强扫描,3例行MRA,2例行DSA检查,5例经半年以上复查病灶影像无变化。13例中发现18个病灶,5个在T1WI上呈等信号,4个为高信号,9个为混杂信号;在T2WI上18个病灶均为不均匀高信号,于抑水序列(FLAIR)所有病灶均呈高信号,梯度回波序列(T2*WI)发现9个病灶有低信号环,多数病灶无灶周水肿及占位征象。结论低场强磁共振扫描可正确诊断脑内海绵状血管瘤。
Objective To investigate the imaging characteristics of cavernous hemangiomas in the brain by low field strength magnetic resonance imaging. Methods The imaging findings of 13 cases of cavernous hemangiomas in low-field MRI were retrospectively analyzed. Results 13 cases of 9 males and 4 females, aged 8 to 60 years, mean age 29 years. Eight of them were confirmed by surgery and pathology. 10 cases of enhanced scanning, 3 cases of MRA, 2 cases of DSA examination, 5 cases after more than six months review of the lesion no change in the image. Eighteen lesions were found in 13 cases, five were equal on T1WI, four were hyperintense, and nine were promiscuous. All 18 lesions on T2WI were non-uniformly hyperintense and all of them were in FLAIR The lesions showed high signal. The gradient echo sequence (T2 * WI) showed that there were 9 low signal loops in most of the lesions, and most of the lesions had no focal edema and lesions. Conclusion Low-field MR scan can correctly diagnose cavernous hemangiomas in the brain.
