充分发挥“四个工作体系”支撑作用;广泛开展多种形式的非公企业劳动竞赛;广泛搭建职工成果展示平台;积极培养宣传和表彰激励劳动模范。这是近年来中国机冶建材工会紧扣发展主题,结合产业特点,开展的非公企业劳动竞赛做法。随着劳动竞赛有效展开,在非公企业中形成了“经济发展、企业增效、职工受益、和谐共享”良好发展态势。
Give full play to the “four work systems” supportive role; extensively carry out various forms of non-public enterprise labor competitions; extensively establish a platform for the display of employee achievements; and actively cultivate and publicize and reward the encouragement of labor model. This is closely linked to the theme of development of China Machinery & Metallurgical Building Materials Union in recent years, combined with the characteristics of the industry to carry out non-public enterprise labor competition practices. With the effective commencement of the labor competition, a sound development trend of “economic development, business efficiency enhancement, employee benefits and harmonious sharing” has been formed in non-public enterprises.
