湛江发电厂锅炉长期存在高温再热器局部超温、再热器出口两侧汽温偏差大等问题。原因分析 :锅炉炉膛出口存在残余旋转 ,使水平烟道右下部气流形成高温、高速区 ;中、高温再热器之间无混合联箱 ,无交叉 ,使中温再热器的偏差叠加于高温再热器 ,导致高温再热器右侧的温度更高。据此 ,提出锅炉运行优化和设备改造双管齐下的方案
