目的:观察当归补血汤对预防胸外科术后深静脉血栓形成的疗效。方法:选取胸外科手术患者109例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用一般运动辅助预防措施,主要包括术后早期被动和主动活动下肢,治疗组除接受与对照组患者相同的运动辅助干预措施,同时加服当归补血汤,从手术后开始服用,连续服用10 d。在实施DVT预防干预措施前,和干预10 d后分别采血测定凝血酶原时间,血小板计数,纤维蛋白原,血浆浓度和全血黏度等凝血相关指标或血流变学指标;两组患者在术后3~10 d接受无创血管多普勒超声检查。结果:经过预防干预治疗后,对照组深静脉栓塞发生率为23.64%,当归补血汤治疗组深静脉栓塞发生率为12.96%,与对照组相比,显著降低;两组的凝血酶原时间,血小板在干预前后无明显变化,血浆浓度,全血黏度和纤维蛋白原均比干预前显著下降(P>0.05),并且治疗组各指标显著低于对照组(P>0.05)。结论:当归补血汤对预防胸外科术后深静脉血栓形成有显著疗效。
Objective: To observe the effect of Dangguibuxuetang on the prevention of deep venous thrombosis after thoracic surgery. Methods: A total of 109 patients undergoing thoracic surgery were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group received general exercise-assisted prophylaxis, which included the passive and active lower limbs in the early postoperative period. The treatment group received the same exercise as the control group Auxiliary interventions, while adding Danggui Buxue Tang, taking from the start after surgery, taking 10 consecutive days. Thromboprophylactin time, platelet count, fibrinogen, plasma concentration and whole blood viscosity and other indicators of blood coagulation or hemorheology were measured before and after the intervention of DVT for 10 days. The two groups of patients underwent surgery 3 to 10 days after receiving noninvasive vascular Doppler ultrasound. Results: After prevention and treatment intervention, the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in control group was 23.64%, the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in Dangguibuxuetang group was 12.96%, which was significantly lower than that in control group. The prothrombin time, Platelets did not change significantly before and after intervention. Plasma concentrations, whole blood viscosity and fibrinogen were significantly decreased compared with those before intervention (P> 0.05). The indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Dangguibuxuetang has a significant effect on the prevention of deep venous thrombosis after thoracic surgery.
