本文作者研制出以高硅沸石ZSM-5型分子筛为载体,浸渍法混合负载复氧化物催化剂.考察了其对氯苯汽相水解制苯酚反应的催化活性,以及添加物对催化剂性能的调变作用。用XKD、ICP、EPMA、DTA等技术对催化剂进行表征,结果表明在负载复氧化物催化剂中添加某过渡金属,大大提高了对氯苯汽相水解制苯酚反应的催化活性。在460℃,氯苯进样空速为0.5h(-1)条件下,氯苯转化率达79.7%,苯酚产率为72.0%,选择性为90.3%。
The author developed a zeolite ZSM-5 zeolite as a carrier, mixed impregnation impregnated complex oxide catalyst. The catalytic activity of the reaction on the phenol hydrolysis of chlorobenzene by vapor-phase hydrolysis and the modulation effect of the additive on the catalyst performance were investigated. The catalysts were characterized by XKD, ICP, EPMA and DTA. The results showed that the addition of a transition metal to the supported complex oxide catalyst greatly enhanced the catalytic activity of vapor phase hydrolysis of phenol to phenol. At 460 ℃, the chlorobenzene conversion rate was 79.7% under the condition of 0.5h (-1) of injection rate of chlorobenzene, the yield of phenol was 72.0% and the selectivity was 90.3%.
