法理学课程是法学专业本科16门核心课程之一,理论性、抽象性程度较高,实践中存在着老师教学费劲,学生学习更吃力的现象。如何提高学生对法理学学习的兴趣,确保课程教学效果成为摆在法理学任课教师面前的一道难题。笔者在实际工作中摸索出了课前预习、课上互动、课后复习的全程教学方法,从单纯重视课堂效果,转变为对课程教学质量全面监控的探索。
The jurisprudence course is one of the 16 core courses of the law major, which has a high degree of theory and abstraction. In practice, there is a phenomenon that teachers are strenuous in teaching and students study harder. How to improve the students’ interest in jurisprudence study and ensure the effectiveness of the course teaching have become a challenge for the teachers in jurisprudence. In the actual work, the author explored the pre-class preview, interactive lessons, after-school review of the whole teaching methods, from the simple emphasis on classroom effect, the teaching quality of the comprehensive monitoring of the exploration.
