一、关于事业单位我国事业单位目前有正式职工2913万人,专业技术人员1908.4万人,专业技术人员占事业单位正式职工总数的65.5%,占全国国有单位专业技术人员总数的68.8%。全国实行聘用制的事业单位达到65万个,签订聘用合同的人员达到了1700万人,全国推行聘用制已超过80%的省(自治区、直辖市)有10个。劳动合同法第九十六条规定:“事业 I.
