目的观察电话回访在中老年原发性高血压患者遵医行为中的应用效果。方法该院120例原发性高血压出院患者,按就诊先后顺序分为对照组和电话回访组,各60例。对照组按常规由责任护士详细登记一般资料、血压测量结果及实验室检查指标,出院时由心内科护士对患者及家属进行宣传教育,发放高血压健康教育宣传手册。电话回访组除对照组方法外,在患者出院后定期电话回访。观察两组患者是否正常用药、饮食及运动规律、按时进行血压监测、能否按时就医。结果电话回访组患者正常用药率、规律饮食及运动率、按时血压监测率、按时就医率均高于对照组。结论电话回访应用于中老年原发性高血压患者可有效督促患者改变不良生活习惯,按时用药,不仅可提高患者的遵医行为,而且还可增进患者对医护人员的信任。
Objective To observe the effect of telephone interviews on compliance of patients with essential hypertension in middle-aged and elderly patients. Methods The hospital discharged 120 cases of essential hypertension patients, according to the order of treatment was divided into control group and telephone interview group, 60 cases each. The control group was routinely registered by the responsible nurses with general information, blood pressure measurement results and laboratory tests. Discharged by cardiologists nurses on patients and their families for publicity and education, distribution of hypertension health education brochures. In addition to the telephone interview group method of control group, regular telephone interviews with patients after discharge. The two groups were observed whether the normal medication, diet and exercise patterns, blood pressure monitoring on time, whether on time medical treatment. Results The telephone call-back group patients with normal drug rates, regular diet and exercise rates, on-time blood pressure monitoring rate, on-time medical rates were higher than the control group. Conclusion The telephone interview applied to middle-aged and elderly patients with essential hypertension can effectively urge patients to change unhealthy habits and take medication on time, which not only improves patients ’compliance with medical practices, but also enhances patients’ confidence in health care workers.
