对高效率柴油机、混合动力系统、废热回收系统、后处理系统,以及先进传动系统等能够改善高速公路长途运输重型卡车燃油耗的可能途径进行了研究。介绍了改善柴油机本身燃油耗性能所用策略及实际发动机的试验评价结果。独立发动机的试验评价结果表明,当卡车在高速公路上行驶时,采用高制动平均有效压力、两级涡轮增压系统、双循环废气再循环(高压循环和低压循环)系统、新型燃烧室和新型喷嘴喷油系统的小型化柴油机,可大幅降低发动机常用工况的燃油耗。
Possible ways to improve the fuel consumption of long haul truckers on expressways, such as high-efficiency diesel engines, hybrid systems, waste heat recovery systems, aftertreatment systems, and advanced driveline systems, were studied. The strategies used to improve the fuel consumption performance of the diesel engine and the test results of the actual engine are introduced. Test results of independent engines show that when the truck is driving on the expressway, the system uses high average effective brake pressure, two-stage turbocharging system, double cycle exhaust gas recirculation (high pressure cycle and low pressure cycle) system, a new combustion chamber and The new nozzle injection system miniaturized diesel engine, can significantly reduce the fuel consumption of the engine working conditions.
