小学教育是基础教育的基础。小学生可塑性大、敏感性强的特点,决定了小学阶段是培养学生行为规范的最佳期。个人道德行为规范是一个人成长的起点和基础。如果个人道德行为不合乎规范要求,就谈不上整体素质的提高。因此,几年来,我校坚持以行为规范为抓手,全面推行素质教育,收到了显著的成效。在工作实践中,我们认识到,抓学生行为规范教育,关键在教师。因此,我们以全面提高教师素质为重点,以教师的规范行为影响学生。我们的具体做法是:
Primary education is the foundation of basic education. Primary plasticity, sensitivity and strong characteristics, determines the primary stage is to develop students' code of conduct the best period. If personal ethical behavior does not meet the requirements of the standard, you can not improve the overall quality. Therefore, over the past few years, our school adhere to the code of conduct as the starting point, the full implementation of quality education, has received significant results. In practice, we recognize that grasping students' norms of education is the key to teachers. Therefore, we focus on improving the quality of teachers in an all-round way and influence students on the normative behavior of teachers. Our specific approach is:
