为客观、公正、全面地评价科室年度工作,坚持/一切以病人为中心,突出中医特色0的宗旨,我院结合科室综合目标,利用平衡记分卡的原理,设计了科室年度考核分级管理制度。每年对科室从财务、客户、内部流程和学习成长四个层面进行考核评分,并根据分值将科室分为不同级别,予以奖惩。该制度实行几年来,取得了明显的效果,促进了医院的健康发展。
To objectively, impartially and comprehensively evaluate the department’s annual work, adhere to / all patient-centered, highlighting the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine 0, combined with the department’s comprehensive objectives, using the principle of balanced scorecard, designed the department’s annual assessment grading management system. Each year, the department conducts examination and grading on the four levels of finance, customers, internal processes and learning and growth, and divides sections into different levels according to the points, and awards and punishes departments. In the past few years since its implementation, the system has achieved remarkable results and promoted the healthy development of the hospital.
