为了提高刚性桩复合地基的承载力,提出了在桩顶粘贴一块10mm厚的聚苯乙烯泡沫板,在泡沫板上铺设150mm厚砂垫层的一种新型构造形式。通过对山东省东营市伟浩中央花园预应力混凝土管桩复合地基的一系列现场载荷试验,对竖向荷载作用下预应力管桩单桩复合地基承载特性进行了研究。结果表明,桩顶粘贴聚苯乙烯泡沫板,并在泡沫板上铺设砂垫层的新型构造形式,加强了桩-土之间的共同作用,使桩间土承载力得到了很好的发挥,并且有效降低了复合地基的沉降量,取得了比较理想的效果。
In order to improve the bearing capacity of the rigid pile composite foundation, a new type of structure is put on the top of the pile, which is a 10mm thick polystyrene foam board and 150mm thick sand cushion on the foam board. Through a series of on-site load tests of prestressed concrete pipe pile composite foundation of Weihao Central Garden in Dongying City, Shandong Province, the bearing capacity of prestressed tubular single pile composite foundation under vertical load was studied. The results show that the new structure of the polystyrene foam board on the top of the pile and the laying of the sand cushion on the foam board strengthen the interaction between the pile and the soil and make the bearing capacity of the soil between the piles well exerted, And effectively reduce the settlement of composite foundation, and achieved a more satisfactory results.
