高速公路承载着国家发展的重要使命,高速公路的运输是否安全不但影响公路自身的效益和效率,而且关系到社会的稳定和谐,车辆超限是高速公路发生交通事故的主要原因之一。本文提出一种车辆几何尺寸超限检测的新方案,研究开发了超限检测系统。该系统以激光测距为尺寸测量的核心技术,以激光雷达为主要测距设备,结合其他超载超限子系统的测量设备和数据,可完成对公路上汽车的车长、车宽及货物高度的动态检测。场外试验表明该技术方案可以快速准确地测量公路上载重汽车的几何尺寸,具有很高的应用价值。
Expressway carries the important mission of national development. Vehicle overrun is one of the main causes of traffic accidents on expressways. In this paper, a new scheme for over-limit testing of vehicle geometry is proposed and an overrun detection system is developed. This system takes laser distance measurement as the core technology of size measurement. With laser radar as the main distance measuring device, combining with the measurement equipment and data of other overload overrun subsystems, the system can complete the calculation of vehicle length, width and cargo height Dynamic detection. Off-site tests show that the technical solution can quickly and accurately measure the geometric dimensions of truck on the highway, which has high application value.
