学业成就与人格的相关性研究,已有几十年的历史,不同国别,不同量表研究结果虽不完全一致,但都认为学生学业成就与人格相关(31~33,14)。美国心理学家Gough研究了18种人格因子与中学生学业成就的相关性,结果有8种人格因子与中学生学业成就存在相关(r=0.29~0.44);李洪玉对中小学生学业成就与人格因子间的相关研究表明11种因子及总量表分数与被试的学习成绩存在相关(r=0.15~0.35);Peng应用“16PF量表”,研究医学生学业成就与人格的关系,结果显示8种16PF人格因子与医学生学业成就相关(|r|=0.25~0.58)。_ 学术成就是学科带头人的重要特征,但临床医学学科带头人学术成就与人格因子的关联研究尚未见报道。因此,在临床医学学科带头人群体与非学科带头人群体的学术成就、人格差异特征研究的基础上,本文对临床医学学科带头人学术成就量化综合分值与16PF人格因子的关系进行分析,从关联性角度,探讨临床医学学科带头人的人格因子与其学术成就间的数量联系,为深入研究学科带头人成才的内在动力机理提供依据。
The relationship between academic achievement and personality has been studied for decades. Although the results of different countries and different scales are not completely consistent, they all consider that the academic achievement of students is related to personality (31 ~ 33,14). American psychologist Gough studied 18 kinds of personality factors and secondary school students academic achievement, the results of 8 kinds of personality factors and secondary school students academic achievement (r = 0.29 ~ 0.44); Li Hongyu on academic achievement and personality factors Relevant researches showed that 11 factors and the total scale scores correlated with the test scores (r = 0.15 ~ 0.35). Academic achievement is an important feature of academic leaders, but the relationship between academic achievement and personality factors of clinical medicine leaders has not been reported yet. Therefore, on the basis of the research on the academic achievements and personality differences of clinical leaders and non-academic leaders, this paper analyzes the relationship between the quantitative score of academic achievement and the 16PF personality factor of clinical medical subject leaders. Relevance, explore the relationship between personality factors and academic achievement of clinical medicine leaders, and provide the basis for further study on the internal motivation mechanism of academic leaders.
