制备了35%玻璃纤维增强尼龙1010复合材料,在环-块磨损试验机上研究了复合材料在不同偶副特性下的摩擦学性能。结果表明在给定试验条件下,对偶副为45钢时复合材料的磨擦系数和磨损最小,且随对偶副表面粗糙度的增加,复合材料的摩擦系数降低,而磨损量持续增大。
A 35% glass fiber reinforced nylon 1010 composite was prepared. The tribological properties of the composites under different pairs of secondary properties were studied on a ring-block wear tester. The results show that the friction coefficient and the wear of the composite are the least when the steel pair is 45 steel under the given test conditions. The friction coefficient decreases and the wear amount increases with the increase of the mating surface roughness.
