提出一种基于有限元软件的混凝土在宿迁市低层装配式结构建筑中的应用性能研究方法。该方法先利用钢框架和预制混凝土抗侧力墙组成的混凝土装配式结构模型进行竖向荷载作用下的试验研究,考察混凝土在宿迁市低层装配式结构建筑中的施工阶段和使用阶段的竖向荷载在钢框架和抗侧力墙体之间的分配关系以及框架梁挠度的变化规律,在此基础上通过与现场支模并整体浇筑而形成的现浇结构进行对比,并结合有限元软件分别对混凝土装配式结构和现浇结构进行低周往复加载计算,由此完成混凝土在宿迁市低层装配式结构建筑中应用性能的研究。实验结果表明,所提方法不仅具有较高的统计精度,同时为装配式结构建筑设计和施工安装提供重要的理论依据。
A method based on finite element software is presented to study the performance of concrete in the low-rise assembly-type structure in Suqian. In this method, the test of vertical load is carried out by using the concrete-filled structural model consisting of steel frame and prefabricated concrete anti-sidewall. The vertical and horizontal direction of the concrete in the construction phase and the use phase in Suqian low- Load distribution between the steel frame and the anti-side-wall and the deflection of the frame beam, on the basis of which the cast-in-place structure formed by integral casting with on-site support was compared and the finite element software The low-cycle reciprocating loading calculation of the concrete-assembled structure and the cast-in-place structure, thus completing the application of concrete in Suqian low-rise assembly-type structure of the building. The experimental results show that the proposed method not only has high statistical accuracy, but also provides an important theoretical basis for the design and construction of the assembly structure.
