首先运用中日投入产出表及贸易数据,测算了2000年~2014年中日27个行业部门的贸易隐含碳排放量。结果显示,在样本期间内,中国一直是贸易隐含碳的净出口国,中国对日本出口的隐含碳平均排放量是从日本进口的4.88倍;虽然中国行业部门的碳强度呈现出显著下降趋势,但总体碳强度依然较高,约为1.32千克/美元,是日本的3倍。其次,采用LMDI分解法对上述结果进行解析,结果表明,正向规模效应是中国对日贸易隐含碳排放量增加的主要原因,负向技术效应则有利于贸易隐含碳排放量减少,而结构效应的作用并不显著;进一步对10个服务行业贸易隐含碳排放量进行分解,发现中国服务行业在对日本出口中的贸易隐含碳排放量正在下降,但从服务业贸易隐含碳排放结构来看,相较于现代服务业,传统服务业出口贸易隐含碳排放量仍然较高。
First, using the input-output tables and trade data between China and Japan, we estimated the trade implied carbon emissions of 27 industry sectors from 2000 to 2014 in China and Japan. The results show that during the sample period, China has been a net exporter of trade-implicit carbon. China’s average implied carbon emissions from Japan’s exports were 4.88 times that of Japan’s imports; although the carbon intensity of China’s industry sector showed a significant decline Trend, but the overall carbon intensity is still high at about 1.32 kg / USD, three times that of Japan. Secondly, the above results are analyzed by LMDI method. The results show that the positive scale effect is the main reason for the increase of implied carbon emissions from China’s trade with Japan, while the negative technical effect is conducive to the reduction of trade implied carbon emissions The effect of the structural effect is not significant. To further decompose the implicit carbon emissions of trade in 10 service industries, it is found that the trade volume of China’s service trade in exports to Japan is declining. However, from the implicit carbon of trade in services Emissions structure, compared to the modern service industry, the traditional service export trade implicit carbon emissions are still high.
