目的改进SQ109的合成工艺,确立一条经济、高效的合成路线。方法以香叶醇(1)为起始原料,经氯代得到香叶基氯(2),再经胺化得到中间体N’-香叶基-2-基-乙烷-1,2-二胺(3),中间体3与2-金刚烷酮经还原胺化得到目标化合物SQ109。结果与结论目标化合物经元素分析、核磁共振氢谱和质谱的确证,总收率为66.6%(以香叶醇计)。该方法原料经济易得,操作简单可行,各步产率均较高。
Objective To improve the synthesis process of SQ109 and establish an economical and efficient synthetic route. Methods Geranyl alcohol (1) as the starting material, the chlorinated geranyl chloride (2), and then aminated to give the intermediate N’-geranyl-2-yl-ethane- Reductive amination of diamine (3), intermediate 3 and 2-adamantanone gives the target compound SQ109. Results and Conclusion The target compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis, 1H-NMR and MS-MS. The overall yield was 66.6% (based on geraniol). The method has the advantages of easy availability of raw materials, simple and feasible operation and high yield in each step.
