以琥乙红霉素、无味红霉素和糖酯作载体,研制成乳糖酸红霉素电极。并对影响各种电极性能的因素进行了详细的讨论。以琥乙红霉素作载体电极的性能最好。电极对乳糖酸红霉素响应的线性范围为1.1×10~(-2)~3.2×10~(-5)mol/L,检测下限1.1×10~(-5)mol/L,斜率为51mV/pC,测定了实际药物试样中乳糖酸红霉索的含量,结果满意。
Erythromycin ethylsuccinate, Erythromycin Erythromycin and sugar ester carrier, developed into erythromycin lactobionate electrode. The factors affecting the performance of various electrodes were discussed in detail. Erythromycin ethylsuccinate as a carrier electrode has the best performance. The linear range of the electrode response to erythromycin lactobionate was 1.1 × 10 ~ (-2) ~ 3.2 × 10 ~ (-5) mol / L with the detection limit of 1.1 × 10 ~ (-5) mol / L and the slope of 51mV / pC, the determination of the actual drug samples erythromycin lactobionate content, with satisfactory results.
