一、前言 北京内燃机总厂全厂旧存热力管道为地沟敷设,年久失修,管道内外腐蚀严重,厂方决定更新全部管道,改为架空敷设。同时笔者也需要对采用球补管道的设计、布置、计算等换索出一套完整的经验。双方协商全厂干管采用球补代替原有的方形补偿器和套筒式补偿器。並请冶金部建筑研究总院结构试验室对支架和管道的受力情况进行测定。
I. INTRODUCTION The old thermal power pipelines of the Beijing Internal Combustion Engine Plant were laid for the trenches and were in disrepair for a long time. The internal and external corrosion of the pipelines was serious. The factory decided to update all the pipelines and replace them with overhead lines. At the same time, the author also needs to provide a complete set of experience for the design, layout, and calculation of ball filling pipelines. The two sides agreed that the whole plant trunk should use ball filling instead of the original square compensator and sleeve compensator. In addition, the structural laboratory of the General Research Institute of Architectural Research, Ministry of Metallurgy is required to measure the stress of the brackets and pipelines.
