目的识别并检测某机械公司迁建项目存在的职业病危害因素,评价该建设项目的职业病危害控制效果,从源头控制或消除职业病危害,防治职业病,保护劳动者健康。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、工程分析、职业卫生检测和职业健康检查等方法进行综合评价。结果粉尘作业岗位合格率为86.67%,砂轮磨尘浓度范围为(<0.2~1.5)mg/m~3,电焊烟尘浓度范围为(<0.3~4.5)mg/m~3,金属烟尘浓度范围为(0.4~4.1)mg/m~3,钢砂尘浓度范围为(<0.3~1.2)mg/m~3,石英砂尘浓度范围为(1.2~66.7)mg/m~3,磨刀工、喷砂工接触粉尘浓度超标;毒物作业岗位合格率为100%,作业工人接触毒物浓度符合要求;噪声作业岗位合格率为87.1%,8 h等效A声级范围为(78.8~96.7)d B(A),钳工、电焊工、机械铆工、气割工、喷砂工、空压机房巡检工等接触噪声强度超标;电焊工接触紫外辐射(罩内眼部)8 h辐照强度为1.28μW/cm2,结果超标;探伤机房4个检测点电离辐射强度为(11.2~86.0)μGy/h,结果超标。结论该建设项目属职业病危害严重建设项目,防护措施存在一定问题,如严格落实整改意见,基本能达到竣工验收条件。
Objective To identify and detect the occupational hazards that exist in a relocation project of a mechanical company, evaluate the control effects of occupational hazards in the construction project, control or eliminate the occupational hazards from the source, prevent occupational diseases and protect the health of laborers. Methods The methods of occupational health field survey, engineering analysis, occupational health examination and occupational health examination were used for comprehensive evaluation. Conclusion The construction project is a serious construction project with serious occupational hazards. There are some problems in protective measures. For instance, strict implementation of rectification suggestions can basically achieve the conditions of completion and acceptance.
