目的介绍超临界流体技术在纳米药物制剂中的应用。方法查阅近10年的文献共30多篇,对超临界流体制备超细微粒技术的特点及其在纳米药物制剂中的应用归纳总结,进行综述。结果与结论超临界流体制备超细微粒技术具有速度快,产率高,溶剂易彻底除去,无污染等优点。不足之处是:发展时间不长,技术不完善,生产成本高,高压操作。
Objective To introduce the application of supercritical fluid technology in nanomedicine preparation. Methods A total of over 30 literatures were reviewed in the past 10 years.
