目的了解大一学生艾滋病防治知识、态度、行为等相关情况,为开展高校学生艾滋病健康教育提供依据。方法采用随机抽样方法抽取安吉县某高校420名大一学生进行自填式问卷调查。调查内容包括基本信息、艾滋病知识知晓情况,接受艾滋病、性病干预及HIV抗体检测情况。结果回收有效问卷400份,问卷有效率95.20%。艾滋病基本知识知晓率为86.25%,“患性病会增加感染艾滋病风险”知晓率为49.75%,“丙型肝炎病毒可通过血液途径传播”知晓率为52.50%,“本省艾滋病主要传播途径为异性和同性性接触传播”知晓率为78.25%,“本省艾滋病疫情有向普通人群蔓延的趋势,学生、老年人群HIV感染率不断上升”知晓率为65.75%,“本省每个县(市、区)均设有、艾滋病自愿咨询检测点”知晓率为73.75%,“国家对艾滋病病人实施免费抗病毒治疗”知晓率为48.75%。检测过HIV抗体28人,占7.00%,愿意接受HIV抗体检测320人,占80.00%。同意婚前性行为226人,占56.50%,其中男生67.44%,高于女生的43.78%(P<0.05)。同意大学生在校结婚204人,占51.00%,发生过性行为23人,占5.80%,其中39.10%每次均使用安全套。第一次发生性行为年龄最小为14岁,最大为20岁。结论大一学生艾滋病知识水平有待提高,应在大学生中推广开展HIV抗体检测。
Objective To understand the knowledge, attitudes and behavior of AIDS prevention and control among freshmen and provide evidences for AIDS health education among college students. Methods A total of 420 freshmen from a university in Anji County were recruited to conduct a self-administered questionnaire using a random sampling method. There were 23 persons who had sex, accounting for 5.80%, of which 39.10% used condoms each time. The minimum age for first sexual intercourse is 14 and the maximum is 20. Conclusion The level of HIV / AIDS knowledge needs to be improved in freshmen. HIV antibody testing should be promoted among college students.
