20世纪末,企业人力资源绩效管理被引入我国,在我国企业运行中,它取得了很大程度的发展。但是,从目前的发展情况来看,绩效管理在我国企业中发展还相对缓慢,很多企业对绩效管理的认识仍然不足,只是将绩效管理放在嘴边上,没有进行实际的操作,在企业管理中不能起到作用。因此,通过采取积极措施不断加强企业人力资源绩效管理具有十分重要的现实意义。本文首先对企业人力资源绩效管理的基本内容进行分析,进而指出了当前在人力资源绩效管理过程中存在的问题,最后针对问题提出了相应的解决对策。
