采用PEG6000模拟的离体干旱胁迫试验体系,探讨了干旱胁迫对火龙果试管苗生理生化指标的影响.结果表明,随干旱胁迫程度和处理时间的增加,试管苗水势呈下降趋势,干旱胁迫促进火龙果组培苗游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量的增加,也促进了试管苗SOD和CAT活性的提高,MDA含量随干旱胁迫程度和处理时间而呈逐渐增加的趋势;游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量,以及SOD和CAT活性与试管苗水势呈显著或极显著相关.因此,游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖的积累,以及抗氧化酶活性的增加,是火龙果具很高抗旱能力的重要生理机制.
The effects of drought stress on the physiological and biochemical indexes of plantlets of Pitaya were studied by using PEG6000 simulated in vitro drought stress test system.The results showed that with the increase of drought stress and treatment time, the water potential of plantlets decreased and the drought stress promoted the growth of fire dragon The increase of free proline, soluble sugar and soluble protein also promoted the increase of SOD and CAT activities in test-tube plantlets.
