我国汽车行业推行全面质量管理以来,在生产中取得了显著的成果,同时也暴露出不少技术理论问题。管理图是几种常用统计方法中涉及理论问题较多的一种,所以遇到的问题也多一些。如:单值管理图好学又好画,为何改用平均值管理图呢?用平均值管理图,样品组内n数目取大或小时有何利弊?不通过取数、运算,采用1/3公差范围作管理界限行不行?为什么有些管理点上的管理图经常虚拉警报?甚至有人认为采用管理界限,是缩小公差带,没有什么科学道理……。为了把上述问题弄清楚,使广大技术干部更好地使用管理图,本刊特发表季峻同志的文章供参考。
