工程项目是施工企业赖以生存和发展的基础,没有项目,企业的生产经营无从谈起,企业管理也没有了平台,职工收入将受严重影响,队伍稳定将面临严峻考验。加强市场开发,积极承揽工程项目,是施工企业的首要任务。如何加大市场开发力度,增强市场开发的针对性和有效性,提高中标率,是施工企业共同面临的课题。本文分析了施工企业市场开发中存在的问题,并从实际出发,结合作者的长期实践,提出了一些操作性、针对性较强的对策。
The project is the basis for the survival and development of the construction enterprise. Without the project, the production and operation of the enterprise can not be discussed without a platform for the enterprise management. The income of the staff and workers will be severely affected, and the team will face a severe test of stability. Strengthen market development, active contract projects, construction enterprises is the primary task. How to increase the market development efforts, enhance the relevance and effectiveness of market development and improve the winning rate is the common problem faced by construction enterprises. This article analyzes the existing problems in the market development of construction enterprises, and from the reality, combined with the author’s long-term practice, put forward some operational and targeted countermeasures.
