提出了一种新型的基于光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)反射带宽和反射光功率测量的加速度计,其是将单根FBG斜向粘贴在矩形简支梁侧面构成的,通过在简支梁中间粘贴重物感应竖直方向的加速度,通过梁的弯曲改变FBG反射带宽和反射光功率。实验结果表明:FBG的反射带宽具有很好的线性响应,其测量范围可达到8g,因带宽展宽造成FBG的反射率降低,因此反射光功率的线性响应范围只有4g;带宽和功率灵敏度分别为0.4nm/g和4.57μW/g;由于温度仅改变FBG的布拉格波长,而对其反射带宽和光功率几乎没有影响,所以加速度计对温度变化不敏感。
A new type of accelerometer based on FBG reflection bandwidth and reflected light power measurement is proposed. It is composed of a single FBG obliquely pasted on the side of a rectangular simple beam, Sensing the acceleration in the vertical direction changes the FBG reflection bandwidth and the reflected light power by bending the beam. The experimental results show that the reflection bandwidth of FBG has a good linear response and the measuring range can reach 8g. The reflectivity of FBG decreases due to bandwidth broadening, so the linear response range of reflected light power is only 4g. The bandwidth and power sensitivity are respectively 0.4 nm / g and 4.57 μW / g; the accelerometer is insensitive to temperature changes because the temperature only changes the Bragg wavelength of the FBG with almost no effect on its reflection bandwidth and optical power.
