幼儿园教师既是一种职业类型,也是一种社会身份。成为一名幼儿园教师的过程就是一个获得身份的过程,它包括称谓上的身份化、法律权利上的身份化、专业能力上的身份化与阶层意义上的身份化。改革开放以来,幼儿园教师不断遭遇被动的去身份化。国家宏观层面的结构性调整,教育培训体制造成的结构惰性,幼儿园教师自身的身份惰性、职业依附与职业惯性是导致幼儿园教师被动去身份化的重要原因。契约型教师身份的确立是幼儿园教师再身份化的可能途径。
Kindergarten teachers are both a type of occupation and a social status. The process of becoming a kindergarten teacher is a process of obtaining identity, which includes the identity of title, the identity of legal rights, the identity of professional competence and the identity of class. Since the reform and opening up, kindergarten teachers continue to experience the passive identity. Structural adjustment at the national macro level, structural inertia caused by the education and training system, kindergarten teachers ’own identity inertia, occupational attachment and occupational inertia are the important reasons leading to the kindergarten teachers’ passive deidentization. The establishment of contract-based teachers ’identity is a possible way to kindergarten teachers’ re-identity.
