随着经济日益全球化和市场竞争的加剧,人力资源在企业管理中起着举足轻重的作用,尤其是对中小企业来说更是如此。中小企业在激烈的市场竞争中应针对其优势与劣势,合理地进行人力资源配置。文章分析和揭示了中小企业人力资源开发与管理中存在的问题,并针对性的提出解决的对策,希望对中小企业发展有所裨益。
With the increasing globalization of the economy and intensified market competition, human resources play an important role in business management, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises. SMEs in the fierce market competition should be based on their strengths and weaknesses, reasonable allocation of human resources. The article analyzes and reveals the existing problems in the development and management of human resources in small and medium-sized enterprises, and puts forward some countermeasures to solve them in the hope of benefiting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
