随着人类对水资源需求的不断增加以及对水资源的不合理开采利用,水资源短缺已成为制约中国经济发展的主要因素之一.本研究在分析沿海地区绿色产业园中能源、冶金、石化等重点行业水资源传统利用模式问题的基础上,提出重化工业园区循环经济水系统优化关键技术,突破了沿海缺水地区工业发展资源环境瓶颈,为行业发展提供理论依据和技术典范.
With the increasing human demand for water resources and unreasonable exploitation and utilization of water resources, water shortage has become one of the main factors restricting China’s economic development.In this study, in the analysis of green industrial parks in the coastal areas of energy, metallurgy, petrochemical And other key industries on the basis of the traditional pattern of water resources, put forward the optimization of key technologies of recycling economy and water system in the heavy chemical industrial park, breaking the bottleneck of resources and environment for industrial development in the water-scarce areas of the sea and providing a theoretical basis and technical model for the development of the industry.
