前言晚近由于血吸虫童虫动物实验模型的建立,体外培养方法进一步的发展,对血吸虫童虫有了更深入的了解,特别反映在童虫的生理学、免疫学等方面已揭开新的前景。尽管很多作者在所用的材料是曼氏血吸虫,但对于日本血吸虫病的研究是很有参考价值的。我国血吸虫病防治研究取得很大成绩,对童虫实验研究也累积不少可贵的资料。为要提高防治效力,还必须在血吸虫有关基础理论的研究如生理学、免疫学、生物学等方面下功夫。从而促进免疫机能的理解,药物治疗与预防的探索。我们将学习国外在生理方面有关资料和一些体会综述如下,仅作参考。
