为解决沥青路面的车辙问题,采用BISAR3.0软件对柔性基层耐久性沥青路面剪应变影响规律进行了研究。结果表明,沥青层内剪应变沿路深分布呈3字形或S形,中面层剪应变显著,是车辙变形关键区;最大剪应变随各结构层厚度的增加而减小,但半刚性底基层厚度的增加会引起中、下面层层内剪应变的增加,不宜过大;沥青层模量的增加能显著减小自身层内的最大剪应变,垫层、底基层模量的增加能减小各沥青层的最大剪应变;荷载对沥青层剪应变影响显著,道路横断面方向内、外车轮荷载边缘附近区域是路面最大剪应变区。
In order to solve the rutting problem of asphalt pavement, the influence law of the shear stress on durable durable asphalt pavement of flexible basement was studied by using BISAR3.0 software. The results show that the deep shear strain in asphalt layer is 3-shaped or S-shaped along the road, and the shear strain in middle layer is significant. It is the key area for rutting deformation. The maximum shear strain decreases with the increase of each structural layer thickness, The increase of the thickness will cause the increase of the shear strain in the mid and lower layers, which should not be too large. The increase of the asphalt layer modulus can significantly reduce the maximum shear strain in the self-layer, and the increase of the cushion and subbase modulus can be reduced The maximum shearing strain of each asphalt layer is affected by the load. The load has a significant influence on the shear strain of the asphalt layer. The maximum shear strain of the road surface near the edge of the external wheel load in the cross-section direction of the road is obtained.
