本文在多年生产实践基础上,并结合金属切削理论,对φ40～φ120mm之间的高速深孔钻头系列化设计进行了归纳总结,较全面地论述了设计原则、结构设计、理论计算等问题,同时也简述了高速深孔钻头在使用中对相关设备、工件、钻杆的技术要求和操作要点,最后可达到的各项技术指标效果。本文可供从事高速深孔加工的技术工人和技术人员参考。
Based on years of production practice and combined with metal cutting theory, this paper summarizes the serial design of high-speed deep-hole drill bits between φ40 ~ φ120mm, discusses the design principles, structural design, theoretical calculation and other issues at the same time It also briefly describes the technical requirements and operating points of related equipment, workpieces and drill rods in use of high speed deep hole drilling bits, and finally achieves the effect of various technical indexes. This article is available for high-speed deep-hole processing of skilled workers and technical staff for reference.
