运用Moldflow软件对汽车内饰件扣手盖产品注射过程中的流动填充进行了模拟分析。应用Pro/E软件,建立产品实体模型,并转换为STL文件格式导入Moldflow中,然后采用双面网格模型对产品的布局、最佳浇注点的位置、温度分布和注射点压力进行了分析,合理确定了浇注系统。结果表明,产品的最佳浇注点位于产品右侧深颜色区域,产品的中心对称布局有效保证了压力中心一致性和浇道中的压力均匀分布。成型过程中,产品温度在196~234℃之间,其中产品侧耳部位温度最低,中心流道部位温度最高。
Moldflow software was used to simulate the flow filling during the injection of automotive interior trim cover. The Pro / E software was used to build a solid model of the product, which was converted into STL file format and imported into Moldflow. Then the layout of the product, the location of the best pouring point, the temperature distribution and the pressure of injection point were analyzed by using the double- Reasonable determination of the pouring system. The results show that the best pouring point of the product is located in the dark color area on the right side of the product. The central symmetrical layout of the product effectively ensures the consistency of the pressure center and the uniform pressure distribution in the runner. Molding process, the product temperature between 196 ~ 234 ℃, of which the ear side of the product temperature is the lowest, the highest part of the center of the runner temperature.
