目的:探讨特制钛镍合金针在弯曲狭窄根管中的充填程度。方法:将离体牙根据狭窄程度及弯曲角度分为6组,以四种材料分别充填,拍摄数字化X线影像比较各组根充程度。结果:1充填不同弯曲度的狭窄根管,钛镍针明显优于20号牙胶尖,25号牙胶尖和钛镍丝;充填不同弯曲度的粗根管,钛镍针与20号牙胶尖无显著差异(P>005),但与其它材料比较有非常显著性差异(P<001)。2钛镍针在轻度、中度弯曲根管充填程度优于重度弯曲组。结论:特制钛镍针是一种良好的充填弯曲狭窄根管的固体充填材料。
Objective: To investigate the filling degree of special titanium-nickel alloy needle in curved narrow root canal. Methods: The isolated teeth were divided into 6 groups according to the degree of stenosis and bending angle. Four kinds of materials were respectively filled in and digitized X-ray images were taken to compare the degree of root filling. The results showed that: 1. The narrow root canal with different curvatures was filled with titanium nickel needle obviously superior to No. 20 gutti tip, No. 25 gutti tip and titanium nickel wire; There was no significant difference in gutta percha (P> 005), but there was a significant difference compared with other materials (P <001). 2 titanium nickel needle in mild, moderately curved root canal filling degree is better than severe bending group. Conclusion: The special titanium nickel needle is a good solid filling material filled with curved narrow root canal.
